Malupa Elementary School dreams of Filipino's who passionately love their country and whose competencies and values enable them to realize their potential and contribute meaningfully to building the nation. As a learner-centered public institution, Malupa ES continuously improves itself to better serve its stakeholders.

* Focus on the learners, learner center of all efforts, surveyed views, cultures and learning differences are repeated and appreciated, continuously, improving and make sure that everybody is a learner and achiever.

        It was in 1954 whom the people of Malupa with the approval of Education built a two-room school made of sawali, nipa, and bamboo. It started with two teachers. 1970 was completed from grades I to VI.

        Malupa Elementary School is the smallest school in the East District of Concepcion with a total of 197 learners for the S.Y. 2020 - 2021, with of effective and efficient teachers.
